Welcome to Florastudios. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

Products

We sell bag charms, sticker sheets, and related accessories. We try to display product colors and details accurately, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Handmade or assembled items may have small variations that are not considered defects.

Bag charms and small accessories may contain small parts. They are not toys and should be kept away from young children and pets.

Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order because of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, or product availability. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us at Florafaith.co@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.

Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery time begins after processing and may vary by destination and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Returns, refunds, and damaged items

All sales are final. Florastudios does not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items, change of mind, or products ordered by mistake.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email Florafaith.co@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. After reviewing the claim, we’ll provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Damage reported after 7 days, normal wear, accidental damage after delivery, and minor handmade variations aren’t eligible for a replacement or refund. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that can’t legally be excluded.

Intellectual property

The Florastudios name, branding, product photographs, illustrations, sticker designs, written content, and other original materials belong to Florastudios or their respective licensors.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its artwork or grant permission to reproduce its design.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities. You may not interfere with the website’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Florastudios is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses related to the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that can’t legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version will appear on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
